Founded in 2012 by the creator Anca Irina Lefter, AIL symbolises grace, peace and freedom. They are created for the love of art and beauty, to inspire you to co-create and to wear bags that reflects your personality. To feel special and to manifest your uniqueness with the people who share the same values. It’s a tool to attract people like you.
AIL creations move around the fashion blue print with a strong sense of self, uniqueness and power, complimented with your personal story. Anca Irina Lefter, the designer behind the brand, is a conceptual artist living in France. Her collections are as modern as they are universal, created to fit men and women with an edgy sense of fashion and to be worn with joy and style all across the world. What we create:
A.I.L. creations are: unique and limited edition bags, subtile provocative accessories and leather dresses for stage.
The artists offers three types of creations:
1. Prototype – designs ready made, proposed as models for the clients
2. Bogsonality- from the designs you can get inspired and choose your favorite color of leather and accessories
3. CO-creation- a special creation just for you, tailor made to mirror your story and your personality. The vibration of your soul.
How a creation is made:
The atelier’s creations are made by hand by talented craftmens with over 30 years of experience in maroquinerie.
Every piece has a story, started with a drawing that reflects the storytelling, a concept, it is made to create an emotion. The creation has to match the personality of the client or the inspiration, to have the perfect balance between form, colors, volumes and textures to make you feel really special. The creation team, is painting each piece, transforming them, using different processes and the materials are carefully selected and ordered from different parts of the world so sometimes it takes 30 working days or more to build one model , from imagination, to prototype.The creation is tested and then is presented as a unique piece or in a collection.
The brand aims for perfecting craftsmanship and innovation in design and mixing fabrics since handmade is not about perfection, we love to put a human touch in it.
The brand was born from the ambition to provide clients with cutting edge design storytelling.
The high-end models have also found the way into the wardrobes of businessmen and women, lawyers, doctors, politicians and fashion icons by translating their story into design.
