Each LEFTER order is carefully prepared for delivery. As many of our creations are produced in limited editions or as one-of-a-kind pieces, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the item and its destination.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the delivery destination, as well as the size, weight and value of the order.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout where available or communicated to the customer before dispatch.
Shipping is not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, the customer will receive an order confirmation.
Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and the nature of the piece.
For made-to-order, personalised or special-edition creations, the estimated preparation time will be communicated separately.
DELIVERY
LEFTER ships to selected destinations in Europe and internationally.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected courier service. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided where available.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the customer after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
ONE-OF-A-KIND & LIMITED-EDITION PIECES
Certain LEFTER creations are unique or produced in strictly limited editions.
For particularly valuable or one-of-a-kind pieces, tracked and/or insured transportation may be required. Any additional transportation or insurance costs will be calculated according to the destination and communicated to the customer.
